Manager of Osceola Firm Dies After Heart Attack

Donald F. Podlewski, 40, of! 1440 Sutherland Lane, general sales manager of Midway Home Builders, O s-ceola, died of a heart attack at 1.1:30 a.m. Thursday in his home. Mr. Todlew-ski was born on July 19, 1926, in South Bend.

He had lived in South Bend all of his life. On March 16, 1957, he married  Donna Newland, who survives. Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Eva Podlewski, of South Bend; a son, Larry, and two daughters, Linda and Dawn Marie, both at home; two brothers, Joseph Podlewski of South Bend and Edward Podell of Battle Creek, Mich., and a sister, Mrs.Ethel Zakrowski of South Bend.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be there at 11 a.m. Monday with  Rev. Msgr. Arnold J. Wibbert. pastor of St. Matthew's Cathedral, officiating  Burial will be In St. Joseph Cemetery. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of Lydick Post 9829, VFW, Pulaski Post 357. American Legion and the choir at St. Matthew's Cathedral.
