MISHAWAKA - Dale D. Skowronski, 55, passed away at 3:55pm on Tuesday, July 27, 2011 in his residence. Dale was born on May 1, 1956 in South Bend to Richard and Gladys Skowronski. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard on April 4, 2009. He is survived by his mother, Gladys; and by his brother, Denis (Lisa) Skowronski of Cincinnati, OH and loyal companions, Max and Sheba.
Dale graduated from a 2 year Technical School for electronics, and owned and operated the Challenger Machine Shop. He enjoyed restoring his Dodge Challenger car and motorcycles. He also enjoyed playing the guitar.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday, July 31, 2011 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd, where a Rosary will be prayed at 5:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Monday, August 1, 2011 in St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
