RUTH ZABLOCKI-JONES

Ruth Ann Zablocki-Jones Feb. 25, 1961 - July 19, 2014 MISHAWAKA - Ruth Zablocki-Jones, 53, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, on July 19th, 2014. She was born in South Bend on Feb. 25th, 1961, to Ernest and Malvina (Lisek) Zablocki, who preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Washington High School in South Bend and St. Joseph College in Rensselaer, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology.

Ruth enjoyed putting around in the garden, tending her flowers with the beloved family dog, Chester. She is survived by her three children: Rachel Jones of South Bend, Joshua Thomas Jones and Jameson Jones, both of Mishawaka.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Zablocki, who died in 1991, and her husband, James Jones.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Little Flower Catholic Church, South Bend, on Friday, July 25th, at 10 am. Friends will be received today, July 24th, at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, and also one hour prior to the Mass at Little Flower Catholic Church. Burial will follow the Mass at St. Joseph PRC Cemetery, South Bend.
