Andrea Rebecca Reynolds a Beloved Daughter, Wife, Mother, Sister and Grandmother

Our Beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister and grandmother, Andrea Rebecca (Fish) Reynolds, went home to be with the Lord early morning of Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 in her residence of South Bend, In. She was blessed with 57 years of life before passing due to a long-term illness. 

She was born to the union of Andrew Reynolds and Anna B. (Taylor) Reynolds, on January 25, 1964 in South Bend, IN.  She graduated from Washington High School and continued her education in the medical field working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and various hospitality positions. Mrs. Reynolds earned various certificates and accomplishments during her career in healthcare.  Andrea enjoyed spending time with family and friends, dancing, cooking, reading and writing. She was one that would lend an ear to anyone who needed one, willing to have those tough necessary conversations. 

“Improvise” was her word of the day. She made the best out of every situation.  Mrs. Reynolds would often tell people “Keep God #1”. She accepted God as her savior at any early age. She attended St. Paul Bethel for many years under the Leadership of the Late Rev. Booker T. West.  March 9, 2016, she married Bernard Terrell Sr., who pass on.        

Leaving to celebrate her life is her six children: Jasmine (Benny) Taylor, Murray Bishop Jr, Ashia (Quintarrius) Carter, Andre Bishop, Michael Brazier, Bernard Terrell Jr; all South Bend, IN. Her four granddaughters: Rylan Carter, Blessyn Carter, Genesis Taylor, and Fayth Carter, all South Bend, In. One sister, Clarice Reynolds of Stockbridge GA; two brothers James Mason, and Damon (Marchlle) Petit all South Bend, IN. Two aunts: Dorothy Smith of Trenton, TN and Martha Ann Boykins of Painesville, Ohio.  One nephew Kenneth (K-West) West Jr of South Bend, IN. Two nieces: Ishika Cross (Reynolds) of Indianapolis, IN and Kendra (aka; Supreme) Crew; of Stockbridge GA.  Special friends: Barbara Jefferies-Doxie, Kenya Walker, Murray Bishop Sr. and Rosemary Looney all South Bend, IN.  She also leaves a host of family, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son Andrew Bishop, and one brother Richard Reynolds. 

Andrea wanted to be celebrated, not mourned. Funeral service will take place on 11AM Saturday February 20, 2021 at Greater St. Matthew 2705 Marquette Blvd. South Bend, In 46628; with a viewing one-hour prior.
