Darryl J. Wojciechowski Nov. 30, 1961 - June 26, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Darryl J. Wojciechowski, 52, of South Bend, IN, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2014 in his home. He was born on November 30, 1961 to the late Arthur and Loretta (Kitkowski) Wojciechowski in South Bend, IN, and was a lifelong area resident. Along with his parents, two brothers, David and William Wojciechowski also preceded him in death.

Darryl worked as a Chef at various local restaurants.

He is survived by his special friend, Claire Emery of South Bend, IN; four sisters, Cathy Kopinski of Granger, IN, Carolyn (Thomas) Haluda of South Bend, IN, Patricia (Robert) Zakrocki of Granger, IN and Suellen (John) Firtl of Granger, IN. Darryl was a member of St. John the Baptist Parish.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 5, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Church, 3526 St. Johns Way, South Bend, IN. A private burial will take place at a later date in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Vincent De Paul Society, 520 Crescent Avenue, South Bend, IN 46617. Kaniewski Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
