Patricia M. Cukrowicz, 69, of West Catalpa Street, Mishawaka, Ind., died at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, in Memorial Hospital. She was born on Nov. 26, 1930, in South Bend, Ind., and was a lifelong area resident. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Robakowski. Mrs. Cukrowicz retired in 1993 from Amerisource, formerly Alco Health Services.

Mrs. Cukrowicz is survived by a daughter. Donna (Steve) Pareja of Milwaukee, Wis.; a son, Patrick (Michele) Cukrowicz of South Bend; her mother, Nettie (Lyczynski) Robakowski; five grandchildren, Amanda, Stephanie and Jennifer Cukrowicz, all of South Bend. and Rebecca and Alexander Pareja, both of Milwaukee; and by two sisters, Mirra Milewski of South Bend and Judith Nelson of Barrington, Ill.

Family and friends may call from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Rosary will be said at 4:30 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Cathedral of St. Matthew. Burial will be at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
