Dorothy V. (Pingle) Mears

NILES Dorothy Virginia Mears, 72, of Powhatan, Ark., formerly of Niles, died Sunday in UAMS Medical Center, Little Rock. Survivors include her husband, Charles; two daughters, Jenny Klein of Tehachapi, Calif., and Debby Parker of Jonesboro, Ark.; and two sisters, Kathy Petruska and Barbara Bays, both of Niles.

Private services were held. Emerson Funeral Home, Jonesboro, handled arrangements.
