SOUTH BEND — Richard S. Andrysiak, 64. of Bonvale Drive, died at 9:55 a.m. Tuesday in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mr. Andrysiak was an agent for State Farm Insurance Agency for 30 years. He was born Nov. 13, 1929, in South Bend. and was a lifelong area resident.

On Sept. 5, 1953, in South Bend. he married Dolores B. Brunt. She survives, with two daughters, Ann M. Piccone of Greeley. CO., and Diane Andrysiak of Chicago; a son. Richard B. of Hobart, Ind.: two grandchildren: two sisters. Virginia Strozewski and Genevieve Kowalski, both of South Bend; and a brother, Frank of South Bend.

He was member of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church and a veteran of the Korean War.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the church. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park Mausoleum, Granger. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in Welsheimer Funeral Home North. 17033 Cleveland Road.
