DOLORES M. (RZEPKA) BONNÉ

MISHAWAKA - Dolores M. Bonné, 84, of Mishawaka, passed away at 6:25 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013, at Michiana Health & Rehabilitation following a brief illness. She was born December 24, 1928, in South Bend, to Anthony & Pearl (Markiewicz) Rzepka.

She married Richard Bonné on September 2, 1954, at Saint Casimir Church in South Bend. He survives along with a daughter, Jacqueline (Gary) Reeves, 1 grandson, Zachary Reeves, both of Baytown, TX; a sister-in-law, Margie Rzepka of South Bend; and 3 nephews, Mike Rzepka of LaPorte, IN, Wayne Hannah and Kenny Hannah, both of South Bend. She was preceded in death by a brother, Mel Rzepka.

Dolores graduated in 1947 from Washington High School and was a lifelong resident.

Mrs. Bonne retired from Hudson's in 1999. She was a volunteer at Saint Joseph's Hospital, the Beiger Mansion, and was a member of the Mishawaka FOP Women's Auxiliary. She loved her flowers on the patio and looked forward to spring and fall for all the beautiful colors. She adopted a cat, Baby, from the Pet Refuge. He brought such joy and happiness to her life. Dolores was a member of St. Bravo's Catholic Church in Mishawaka.

There will be no visitation or services and cremation will take place. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pet Refuge, 2300 W. Sixth St., Mishawaka, IN 46544.
