SOUTH BEND — Elizabeth L. Osowski, age 75, of S. Dundee St., South Bend, Ind., died at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday in her residence. She was born June 4, 1922, in South Bend, and lived in this area all her life.

On June 26, 1943, in South Bend, as Elizabeth Lemanski, she married Theophil Osowski, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters. Judith (James) Rubleske of South Bend, Dorothy (Arthur) Wheeler of Maryland, Roberta (Eugene) Zarembka of South Bend; one son, Ronald Osowski of South Bend; 14 grand-children, Lori (Bob) Badowski, Ann (Robert) Bartels, Joseph Aleo, Rhonda (Phil) Vera, Sheri Osowski, Christie (Brian) Lackey, Mark Wheeler, Amy (Robert) Bradburn, Justin Aleo, Stacey Osowski, Kirsten Aleo, Ronald R. (Denise) Strzelecki, Holly (Ken) Sparks and Angela Zarembka; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Adeline Henry of Michigan City, Ind., and Marianne Lemanski of South Bend; one brother, Ted Lemanski of Lakeville, Ind.; and by numerous nieces and nephews

Preceding Mrs. Osowski in death was a daughter, Virginia Sue Osowski, who died on July 2, 1951; a granddaughter, Bridget Rubleske; two sisters, Barbara Gaczkowski and Sister Mary Sienna, SFM, of the Felician Order; and by one brother Casimer Lemanski.

Family and friends may call from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m until 8 p.m. on Sunday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, with burial to fol-low in St Joseph Cemetery Mrs. Osowski was a member of the Harvest House and Rosary Sodality, both of St. Adalbert Catholic Church, and the Grandmothers Club of St. Hedwig Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 2420 W. Huron St., South Bend, IN 46619
