Theodore Lewis Perry, Jr’s., earthly life began on November 4, 1971, in South Bend, IN.  His mother was Andrea Wafford-Washington and father Theodore Louis Perry, Sr.,

His family also included sisters, Catrina Perry, Tiffany Riley Perry, brothers, Donte Perry and Brittan Perry.

Theodore’s formative years were spent in this community where he attended Madison Elementary and Washington High School. He was employed at several manufacturing companies performing a variety of duties. Diamond Ice Company was the most recent place of employment.

He attended Believers Church of God in Christ, Superintendent Samuel Diggins, Pastor.  He actively participated in the choir until his health precluded him from attending.

 Coaching and teaching basketball techniques to his nieces, nephew and other children in the neighborhood was a favorite activity for him.  Also, Theodore had a passion for music and could be found singing, composing musical beats on the computer and/or rapping. His love for dogs was unconditional. Cooking and eating was an integral part of his enjoyment.

Yet a very, very special time that he relished was spending time with his children, Kyonna Reaves, TreyVaughn Perry, Quintayia Perry, KyAndre Perry, Shayla Wiley, and grandson, KaySean Lane.

Theodore “June Bug” is survived by his biological father Theodore Perry Sr. and Edward Washington, who was an influential father figure in his life, his children and siblings who were previously mentioned; special nieces Tonya Greene, Diamond Hill, De’Aunna Mack, and nephew Anthony Mack; also, cousin Clarence Brown with whom he had developed a special bond and close relationship.  Many Aunts, Uncles and other relatives and friends will mourn his death.

He was predeceased by his mother, Andrea Washington, sister, Linda Washington, maternal grandparents, Mary Jones, Aaron Griffin and paternal grandmother, Mary Perry and a special cousin Victor Boyd.
