ALDIS F. (OGLESBY) CONARD

Aldis F. Conard Feb. 2, 1952 - March 2, 2015 BLOOMINGTON - Ardis F. Conard, 63, of Bloomington, passed away Monday, March 02, 2015, at her residence. She was born on Feb. 2, 1952, in South Bend, the daughter of John and Alma (Earl) Oglesby.

She was a graduate of Washington High School in South Bend.

She retired from Cook, Inc., as a quality control inspector in Ellettsville in April of 2014 after 20 years of service. She previously was a member of the Edgewood Athletic Boosters Club.

She is survived by her husband, Dwaine Conard; two sons, Douglas (fiancee Kelly Doherty) of Ft. Worth, TX, and Tony (Dawn) Conard of Ft. Myers, FL; one granddaughter, Gracie Conard of Ft. Myers; one brother, Alan (Judy) Oglesby of LaPorte, IN; and one sister, Gayle (Kevin) Johnston of Murphysboro, TN; one sister-in-law, Sharon Oglesby of South Bend; and her father-in-law, Melvin Conard of South Bend.

She was preceded in death by her mother, one brother, Bart Oglesby, and one sister, Cathy Oglesby.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2015, at Allen Funeral Home, with Mr. William W. Conard officiating. Burial will be at Chambersville Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour preceding the services on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
