Scott J. Rodick, 22, residing on Concord Avenue, South Bend, was tragically taken from us doing what he loved, Saturday morning, January 22, 2005. He was born on May 28, 1982, in South Bend. His parents are David and Cindy (Klimek) Rodick.

Loving family members who survive and cherish memories of him, include his parents, David and Cindy Rodick; a sister, Shelly Rodick; a nieces, Taylor Rodick; his grandmother, Mary J. Klimek(Morris); several aunts and uncles, Mickey Bargielski (Klimek) of South Bend, Brenda (Mark) McCammon of South Bend, Cathy (Joseph) Przybysz of Niles, Patricia (Barry) Meade of Niles, Marie (Edward) Dorn of Lakeville, Ronald (Ruth) Lesinski of California, Richard Rodick of South Bend, Michael Rodick of South Bend, Thomas Rodick of Arkansas, Walter Zwierzynski of Mishawaka and a host of cousins, great-cousins and his dog, Chopper (aka Red).

He was preceded in death by grandfather, Clarence Klimek and grandparents, Nicholas and Dorothy (Martynowicz) Rodick; uncle Richard Barielski and Barbra Zwierzynski.

Scott worked for Whiteford Kenworth as a professional service technician, participating in any on going profession-al training program. He attended Washington High School where he received high honors and awards in auto shop. Scott achieved his childhood dream of buying and refurbishing a big red Chevy monster truck. He loved his toys, his dirt bike, snowmobile, and anything to do with water at his Donnell Lake cottage where he spent many weekends with friends and family. His personality, heart of gold, and his way with words will live with us forever. He will be deeply missed by all of us. "Hasta Lasagne!"

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 form 2 to 8 p.m. in ST. JOSEPH FUNER-AL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
