Paul V. Finch

September 16, 1942 - February 16, 2011

SOUTH BEND - Paul V. Finch, 68, of South Bend, passed away at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2011, in the Morningside Nursing Home, South Bend. Paul was born on September 16, 1942, in South Bend, the son of the late Claude and Josephine (Harmacinski) Finch. 

He graduated from South Bend Washington High School in 1961.

On August 28, 1971, he married Barbara Swinehart, who survives along with their two children, Brenda (Ron) Clifton of Wabash, IN, and Brian Finch of South Bend; and four grandchildren, Zachary, Nicolle, Emily and Connor. He is also survived by two sisters, Sylvia Finch of South Bend and Claudine Cortier of Bristol; and four brothers, David Finch of Granger, James Finch of South Bend, Michael Finch of Mishawaka and Kenneth Finch of Osceola. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2011, in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011, in the funeral home, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Rev. Neil Ryan, C.S.C, will officiate.
