Born on March 5, 1978, in South Bend, Indiana, Jerome was a proud Hoosier through and through, and his love for his city echoed throughout his life. Jerome was a beacon of light and laughter, whose spirit filled every room he entered. His hobbies, which included watching sports, MMA, and boxing, were a testament to his competitive spirit and love for discipline and strategy. An accomplished athlete, Jerome played basketball in middle school and even achieved a brown belt in Karate, a testament to his iron will and determination. As written in the book of 2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Jerome's life was indeed a testament to this verse, as he lived life with vigor and faced every challenge with courage.
