Tysiona LaShay Crawford

Tysiona LaShay Crawford, precious to all who knew her, prematurely transitioned from this life to glory on January 19, 2018. She was 17 years old.

Tysiona was born March 16, 2000 in South Bend, IN and she was a lifelong area resident. She was a senior at Washington High School, where she ran track and was a cheerleader. Tysiona was excited and was looking forward to graduating this year.

Tysiona will truly be missed and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. This includes, but isn't limited to, her parents, Doneisha Jones and Tyson Crawford, siblings Ty'Sis Crawford and Ty'Shon Crawford, paternal great-grandma Margaret Hubbard, maternal grandparents Kimberly Harris and Demetric Jones Sr., paternal grandparents Betty Crawford and Terry Wardlow, seven aunts: Shameka Jones, Tara Wardlow, Tia Jackson, Deja Harris, Myeshia Mayo, Lynne McKnight-Pope and Lela McKnight, three uncles: Demetric Jones Jr., Tyler Crawford and Ashton Blackburn and best friends Ariel Cannon and Deaveona Kalber.

Tysiona was preceded in death by four great-grandmothers: Elizabeth Jackson, Mary Ann Lewis, Pearl Hurmon and Erma Foulks, great grand-father Huphert Jones, great aunt Arletha Gilmore, uncle Terrell Wardlow and three aunts: Dominique Hurmon, Doris Hurmon and Pauline Hurmon.
