Earl Thompson was born on May 2, 1958, in Truman Arkansas, to Eddie and Corine Thompson. He grew up with 12 siblings, in a loving and supportive family. Earl attended and graduated from the South Bend Community School Corporation.

Earl became a self-professed Entrepeneur after high school. He specialized in many things, but his hobby of repairing cars and small electronic devices developed into a passion which he quickly excelled in. Earl was a man known for his creativity and dedication to his many projects. He often times was called upon from members of the community for his selfless service, earning respect and admiration in the community. Earl was a generous and active community member, volunteering and offering assistance to anyone in need.

Earl met the love of his life in high-school, Eloise Collier Thompson, his true partner and love of 46 years. He was her heart and soul and would help anyone even when he was sick. He was Dad or Pops to everyone. Earl's faith was central to his life, guiding him through both triumphs and challenges.

Earl's life was marked by love, joy, and service. He was a devoted son, caring brother, loyal friend, and loving husband. His radiant smile and wittiness left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Earl's legacy is one of kindness, integrity, and resilience.
