Annette (Griffith) Caldwell

April 16, 1939 ~ January 29, 2024 (age 84)

Annette (Griffith) Caldwell, 84, of South Bend passed away peacefully at Wellbrooke in South Bend on Monday January 29, 2024.

Annette was born on April 16, 1939 in Logansport to the late James and Ella Mae (McKillop) Griffith.

Annette graduated from Washington High School. 

Annette married James Caldwell on July 14, 1954 in Laporte, sharing 63 years of marriage before his passing in 2017.  Together they had 4 children.

Annette was a homemaker.  She loved her family and cared deeply for them.

Annette is survived by her children; Diane (Dan) Merrill and Randy Caldwell as well as many children and grandchildren.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Jim Caldwell, her daughters; Cheryl Caldwell and Donna Blast, sisters; Mary Griffith and Sandra Timm, and brother; James Griffith.

A Memorial service will be planned at a later date.

In lieu of flowers; memorial donations to Cancer research can be made.
