Services for Thomas S. (Trzaskowski) Trask, 44, of Auburndale, Fla., a former South Bend resident who died at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Winter Haven Hospital, Auburndale, following an extended illness, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church.

Rev. Eugene J. Kazmierczak, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2. to 9 p.m. Sunday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday. Trask was a member of the PNA Lodge 83. He retired in 1971 as a mail carrier with U.S. Postal System. Trask was born on April 11, 1935, in South Bend, and lived here until he moved to Florida in 1974.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Sawyer of Auburndale and Mrs. Betty Jane Greenlee of Edwardsburg, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vince Trask of Auburndale
