Martha A. (Lambert) Mynsberge

APRIL 22, 1928 – JUNE 2, 2023

Martha A. Mynsberge, age 95, of Fort Wayne, passed away on June 2nd, 2023. Martha was born on April 22, 1928, in South Bend, Indiana to the late August and Augusta Lambert. She married her husband, Roy C. Mynsberge, in 1954 in Sacred Heart Parish, he preceded her in death in 2008.

She worked at White Motors in South Bend for 12 years. Martha was an active member at St. Joseph Catholic Church, helping with funeral lunches and making baptismal shawls. Martha also volunteered at Covington Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Wayne. Martha also loved craft shows and was a big Notre Dame fan!

Martha is survived by her sister, Julienne (Leonard) Pietrzak; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death, by her husband, Roy C. Mynsberge; her twin brother, (her womb mate) Achiel Lambert; and sister, Gabrielle Ranschaert.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Highland Cemetery, 2257 Portage Ave, South Bend, IN 46616. Memorial contributions can be made in Martha’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.

The family of Martha would like to give a special thanks to her friends and the care team at Five Star Residences in Fort Wayne, for their excellent care.
