SOUTH BEND - Raymond Anthony Forycki, 80, died on April 28, 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Forycki of Omaha, NE; son, Raymond, Jr. (Diane) Forycki of Lincoln, NE; daughter, Nancy (Rick) Wise of Omaha; and grandchildren, Jessica and Tiffany Forycki of Lincoln, NE.

Preceded in death by: parents; three brothers; one sister; daughter, Debra Forycki

Funeral Services were held at 10 a.m. Friday May 2, 2008, in St. Elizabeth Ann Catholic Church (114th & Fort Street Omaha, NE) with Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Omaha. Memorials may be made to Hospice House.
