NIEMIER, JOSEPH R., 75, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday (June 8, 2002) at the Abbey Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born in South Bend, Ind., and came here in 1985 from Newport Beach, Calif. He was a tool and die maker for engineering companies and owned J.R. Swiss Engineering Co.
