SOUTH BEND - William E. Luckey, 63, of 1234 Twyckenham Drive. died at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday Memorial hospital, after an apparent heart attack. Mr. Luckey retired from the US Postal Service after 24 years service. He born July 5, in South Bend and was a life long area resident.
On Sept. 16, in South Bend, he married Chantelle Baucom. She survives with two daughters, Stefania and Dawn Luckey, both of Bend; and a son, Trent of South Bend.
He was a member of A.M.E. Zion Church and Par Putters Inc.
