Joseph John Orlowski
Joseph J. Orlowski, 44, of 706 S. Sheridan Ave., died at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct 10, 1970, in St Joseph's Hospital after an illness of one month. He was born Dec. 11, 1925 in South Bend. He was employed by the M. B. Skinner Co., South Bend.
He married Wanda Lykowski on Sept. 18, 1948 at St. Casimir Catholic Church in South Bend. She survives with his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Werwas, South Bend, and three daughters, Donna, Linda, and Cindy, all at home.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be at 10. a.m. Tuesday at St. Casimir's.Catholic Church, Rey. George Szymanowski, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
He was a veteran of World War II, a member of Polish Nation Alliance Group 1437, and the Holy Name Society of the church. Parish rosary with the Holy Name Society will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home
