Richard Louis Martin Kolecki

SOUTH BEND - Richard L.M. Kolecki, 66, of Bloomfield Place, died at 9:04 a.m. Monday in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mr. Kolecki retired from RACO Inc. He was born Nov. 2, 1926, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

On Nov. 5, 1949, in South Bend, he married Phyllis Rymarz. She survives, with a daughter, Carolyn Kolecki of South Bend; four sons, Richard of Glenwood Springs, Colo., Robert, John, and all of South Bend; four grandchildren; a sister, Betty Mersich of South Bend; and a brother, Daniel of Florida.

He was a veteran of World War Il.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Polish National Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 Wednesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be said at 7 p.m.. Memorial contributions may be made to the church
