Rodger A. Grunert,69,died San Jose,CA.,formerly from South Bend. Rodger was born on 21 Feb 1926 in Piqua,died 21 May 1995.He was a pilot for 53 years,member of FAA for 20 years. He served his country durning World War II as an Air Force Pilot.

He is survived by his daughter, Mrs Laura Edwards of Red Bluff,CA.; four grandchildren,1 great-granddaughter; his mother, Mrs. Margaret E. Treon of Memphis,TN.; sister, Mrs. Madaline Jankowski of Memphis; a brother, Leon C. Grunert of San Jose,CA.

Funeral with visitation will be at St. Patricks Catholic Church with internment at Highland Cemetery
