Lucille Martha (Zalas) Spilski

Lucille Spilski, 42, of 605 S. Lake St., died Wednesday in St. Joseph's Hospital after an illness of five months. She was an employee of Uniroyal Inc., Mishawaka. She was born on April 5, 1925, in South Bend.

On April 3, 1948, as Lucille Zalas, she was married to Raymond H. Spilski, who survives. Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Zalas, South Bend; a son, David, and : a daughter, Cassandra Ann, both at home; and a sister, Miss Henrietta Zalas, of South Bend.

Friends may call from 7 to 10 p.m. today and from 2 to 10 p.m. Friday at Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Patrick's Catholic Rev. Richard J. Kennedy, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home
