Laurence S “Larry” Treber 83 of LaSalle Avenue oiiies area at o:z5 pm Wednesday Oct 17 2007 at his home in Niles. Funeral services will be held Monday Oct 29 at Saint Mary Catholic Church Niles with the Rev William T Melody of Notre Dame Ind officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery South Bend Ind. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church

He was born on Sept 16 1924 in South Bend Ind to Albert S Treber and Regina Pinter. He lived in Niles since 1960 coming from South Bend Ind Treber was a member of Saint Mary Catholic Church in Niles. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the United States Navy

On May 9 1953 in South Bend Ind he married Doris Ann (Kominowski) Treber who survives. He is also survived by a daughter Rebecca A (John Shives) Treber grandchildren Artyom and Ustine and several nieces and nephews

Treber was preceded in death by a brother Albert Treber Jr and five sisters Helen Nagy Julia Papai Rose Berfanger Ella Puskas and Matilda Links

Memorials may be given to Hospice at Home in his name Arrangements were by Halbritter Funeral Home Niles 9 Laurence Treber
