William S. Darr nee Drazsnyak

Services for William S. Darr, 41, a native of South Bend, were held Monday in New Orleans, La., where Mr. Darr was an attorney. He died last Friday in the Veterans Administration Hospital there.

He is survived by his widow, the former Mary Elizabeth Hoss; two sons, Kevin and William Jr., and two daughters, Mary Ann and Pamela Susan, all at home, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Drazsnyak, and a sister, Mrs. Robert Osborn, all of South Bend.

A graduate of Washington High School, he received a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and was graduated from Tulane (La.) University School of Law in 1952. A veteran of World War II, he held the rank of first lieutenant in the Army Reserves. Mr. Darr was a member of the Knights of Columbus; the Ushers Club and Dad's Club of St. Dominic's parish, New Orleans; the New Orleans Bar Assn., and the Louisiana Bar Assn.
