Louis F. Jonas

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Louis F. Jonas, 66, South Bend, 4301 Irish Hills Drive, died at 6:20 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 24,1991, in Memorial Hospital.

He was born March 9, 1925, in South Bend, the son of Louis and Ann Jonas. Jonas retired in 1984 from South Bend Fire Department after 28 years of service. He was a Marine veteran of World War II. Surviving are three sons, Paul, Don and Ron Jonas, all of South Bend; a daughter, Patricia Hartley of Kokomo; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park at Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Zahoran Funeral Home.
