Jack Cecil Emerick
Services for Jack C. Emerick, 64,. of 754 S. Edison Ave., who died at 11:20 am. Saturday, Nov. 14, 1987, at Memorial Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Entombment will be at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call until 8 p.m, today at St. Joseph Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association St. Joseph County Unit.
Mr. Emerick retired from Ashland Chemical Co. He was born May 11, 1923, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.
On Jan. 6, 1944, in South Bend, he married Erma Radics, who survives. Also surviving are four sons, Jack Jr. of South Bend, Robert of Racine, Wis., Richard of Lancaster,Calif., and Randall of St. Petersburg, Fla.; five grandchildren; a sister Beatrice Butlerof South Bend; and two brothers; Harry pr South Bend and Melvin of Venice, Fla.
He was a veteran of World War II.
