SOUTH BEND - Chester A. Ratkiewicz Sr, 75, of West Ford Street, died Saturday in his home. Survivors include two daughters, Julie Ratkiewicz of Lakeville and Connie Chrobot of Mishawaka; five sons, Chester Jr. and Joseph, both of Chicopee, Mass., Timothy of Agawam, Mass., and John and Jerome, both of South Bend; and a sister, Helen Thomas of Kentucky.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., where friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today.
