SOUTH BEND - Services for Joseph Arch, 68, of 51199 Clearwater Lane, who died at 5:49 p.m. Thursday in St. Josephs Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Holy Family Catholic Church. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Mr. Arch was employed 21 years at Studebaker Corp., and retired after 16 years with Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. He later was a part time security guard for 1st Source Bank.

He was born Nov. 22, 1922. in South Bend, and was a lifetime area resident On Feb. 4, 1950, in South Bend, he married Gladys Laskowski. She survives with three sons, Joseph and Gene, both of South Bend, and Terry of Orlando, Fla.; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Lorraine Sikora of Phoenix and Joan Pap of South Bend.

He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and American Legion Post 50, and was a World War II veteran..
