Eleanor J. (Gadowski) Tyler

Dec. 24, 1920 – May 12, 2003 Eleanor J.Tyler, 82, of South Jackson Street, South Bend, Ind., passed away at 9:15 p.m.Monday, May 12, in St.Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, Ind. She was born on Dec.24, 1920, in South Bend, to George and Martha Gadowski, who preceded her in death.

In November 1947 she married Earl Tyler, who also preceded her in death.

Eleanor is survived by two daughters, Carol Ann Trent and Mary Ellen Tyler, both of South Bend;three sons, Gregory (Sue) Tyler of South Bend, Gary Tyler of Osceola, Ind., and Dennis Tyler of New Carlisle, Ind.;four grandchildren, Sarah, Laura, Kelly and Jerry; four great-grandchildren; and by three sisters, Gertrude Vargyas, Mildred Kobylarek and Lucy (Matt) Barczykowski, all of South Bend.
