Ann M. Blasczyk, 78, of Fairington Circle, South Bend, Ind., died at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 20, in Saint Josephs Regional Medical Center, South Bend. She was born on Dec. 9, 1921, in North Judson, Ind., and had lived in the South Bend area most of her life.

On Aug. 11, 1945, in South Bend, as Ann Cuzinski, she married Benjamin F. Blasczyk, who preceded her in death, She was also preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Mary (Klemkiewicz) Cuzinski; three brothers, Joseph, Anton and Walter; and by a sister, Stella Kaczmarczyk. She is survived by a daughter, June (Terry) Bensley of South Bend; a son, Alan (Beth) Blasczyk of Milaca, Minn.; three grandchildren, Ryan and Brett Bensley, and Sarena Blasczyk; and by two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, South Bend. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. There will be no visitation. The ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 1827 E. Ireland Road, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County, 1 1 1 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
