NEW BUFFALO - Nandor "Ned" Vargo, 63, of 1501 Water No. 57, formerly of South Bend, died Monday at Leelenau, Mich., of a heart attack while hunting.

Survivors include his wife, Cele; three sons, Mark of Elmhurst, Ill., Tim of Joliet. Ill., and Matthew of Batavia, Ill.; a sister, Lydia Kolacz of Walkerton; and three brothers. Fred of Indianapolis, Ronald of Niles and James of Osceola.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. (EST) Friday in St. Mary's Nativity Church, Joliet. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. (EST) today and one hour before services in BlackburnGinrich Funeral Home, 1500 Back Road, Joliet
