Bernadine (Jaronik) Magill

Bernadine Magill, 53, of Bernadine Magili Huntington Beach, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died at 9:22 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital of an apparent heart attack. Mrs. Magill was born Dec. 29, 1932, in South Bend.

On May 6, 1961, in Sacramento, Calif., as Bernadine Jaronik, she married Clyde MaGill Jr., who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Carlene, Cara and Cynthia, all at home; a son, Clyde III, at home; four sisters, Geri Swartz and Loretta Merrill, both of South Bend, Jane Rozanski of Florence, Ky., and Diane Dudek of LaPorte; and three brothers, John and Louis Jaronik, both of South Bend, and Alvin Jaronik of Phoenix, Ariz.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Adalbert's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where the rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. She was a member of Newcomers in Huntington Beach and the Officers Wives Club.
