Joan M. Piechorowski

SOUTH BEND - Joan M. Piechorowski, 59, of Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal, died at 9:50 p.m. Monday in the nursing home. Miss Piechorowski was a former University of Notre Dame employee.

She was born Dec. 19, 1931, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. She is survived by two sisters, Mary Ann Palus of Granger and Patricia Dudzinski of South Bend; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. There will be no visitation. St. Joseph Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Society of St. Joseph County
