Eleanor J. (Ziolkowski) Pianowski

Eleanor J. Pianowski, 59, of 1215 W. Napier, died at 4:20 p.m. Sunday, Mar 11, 1979 in the Carlyle Nursing Home after a 1 lengthy illness. She was born on Oct. 6, 1919, in South Bend, where she lived all her life. Mrs. Pianowski was employed for nine years as a clerk the St. Joseph County Treasurer's Office.

Her husband, Ray Pianowski, survives along with two sisters, Mrs. Marie Gregorowicz and Mrs. Martha Borowitz, and a brother, Alexander Ziolkowski, all of South Bend.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Hedwig Catholic Church with Rev. Mathew Sienkiewicz, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St.Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 2 to 09 p.m. Wednesday at the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where the y parish rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
