SOUTH BEND — Bert Koszyk, 83, of Burbank Avenue, died Tuesday in Saint Joseph Care Center.

Survivors include a sister, Alice Ciesielski of Portage; four brothers, Cass, John, Ervin F. and Joseph Koszyk, all of South Bend.

Private services will be held at noon Saturday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road. There will be no visitation.
