SOUTH BEND - Liliana M. Ortiz, 16, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 in Memorial Hospital. Liliana was born on October 21, 1994 in South Bend. She is survived by her parents, Jose and Leticia Ortiz of South Bend; nine siblings, Jose, Erikka, Annette, Daniel, Carolina, and Isreal Ortiz, and Shyann, Shantea, Jovan Ramos; Grandma Maria Flores; and by many Aunts and Uncles.

Liliana attended Washington High School.

She was a parishioner of St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, January 9, 2011 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, during which a Rosary will be prayed. Family and friends may gather in St Adalbert Catholic Church at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 10, 2011 for a Mass of Christian Burial.
