STEPHANIE L. (MORAZ) MORRIS

Stephanie L. Morris Oct. 20, 1931 - Sept. 11, 2014 MISHAWAKA - Stephanie L. Morris, 82, of Mishawaka, passed away on Thursday, September 11th, in her residence. Stephanie was born in South Bend on October 20, 1931, to the late Charles and Michaeline (Lichatowicz) Moraz.

She graduated from Washington High School in South Bend.

She worked for Krizman-Dana Manufacturing as a secretary, for 20 years. Stephanie was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Mishawaka. She was an avid Notre Dame football and women's basketball fan. Her greatest passion was her family, and enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a very giving heart and was always ready to help anyone who needed her.

Stephanie is survived by her children, Bob (Rebecca) Morris of Vandalia, MI, David Morris of Eden Prairie, MN, Vicki (Craig) Waldron of Walkerton, IN, Cheryl (boyfriend Marcus Lucero) Morris of South Bend and Jim Morris of Mason, OH. She was the grandmother of 11 and a great-grandmother of 9.

She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Friends may visit with the family today, Sept. 14th, from 2 until 6 pm in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., where a Rosary will be recited at 3 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, Sept. 15th at 10 am in the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Mishawaka, 225 S. Mill St., Mishawaka, with Fr. Terry Fisher officiating. Burial is to follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger.
