SOUTH BEND - Beverly Diane Kubisiak, 47, beloved daughter, mother and sister, went to meet the Lord on Friday, March 18, 2011, very peacefully in her home. She is survived by her two sons, Timothy and Thomas Lewallen; parents, Theodore and Sharalyn Kubisiak; sisters, Karen (Glenn) Deal, Kimberly Clendenin, Sharyl (Peter) Riley; and a brother, Lt. T.J. (Lisa) Kubisiak; stepchildren, Stacy, Courtney and Nicholas Williamson; her companion and best friend, Dan Lasch; and finally, her BFF Chocolate Lab, Sofie; and many nieces and nephews.

Bev graduated from Washington High School and IUSB with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

She loved gardening, pottery and crocheting. Sitting by a campfire in the woods was a great pleasure to her. She attended Granger Community Church. She was a lifetime member of Fellowship House, Inc. She was a friend of Bill W.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday with a memorial service to celebrate Bev's life at 6:00 p.m. in McGann Hay Funeral Homes, University Chapel, 2313 E. Edison at Ironwood Drive. The Rev. Jim Toole, pastor of Lydick United Methodist Church, will be officiating. After cremation at American Cremation Society, her ashes will be at rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
