LORRAINE (WISNIEWSKI) DRZEWIECKI
Lorraine P. Drzewiecki Dec. 16, 1926 - Nov. 10, 2015 MISHAWAKA - Lorraine P. Drzewiecki, 88, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in the Sanctuary at Holy Cross. Lorraine was born December 16, 1926 in South Bend to the late Stanley and Helen (Witucki) Wisniewski. On November 16, 1957 Lorraine married her loving husband, Aloysius Drzewiecki; he preceded her in death on September 4, 2002. Lorraine was also preceded in death by her brothers, Adolph and Clement Wisniewski; and a nephew, Paul "Pete" J. Wisniewski.
Survivors of Lorraine include her brothers, Norbert P. Wisniewski of Granger (Lorraine's twin) and Casimir E. Wisniewski of Mishawaka; nieces, Elaine (Danny) Johnson of La Paz, Diane (Dennis) Bailey of Sun City West, AZ, Carolyn (Randolph) Ostlie of MD and Cynthia (David) Coleman of South Bend; and a nephew, Kenny G. (Rose) Wisniewski of Gresham, OR.
Lorraine was a 1945 graduate from Washington High School.
She was an Auditor for First Source Bank. Lorraine also was a parishioner of the Cathedral of St. Matthew.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am in the Cathedral of St. Matthew. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cathedral of St. Matthew Education Scholarship Fund, 1701 Miami Street, South Bend, Indiana 46613.
