(Jane) Ames; a sister, Mary (Don) Grott; eight grandchildren, Adam (Lendy) Beatty, Kim (Jeff) Pavek, Jessica (Mark) Kubow, Samantha Haxton, Sara Ames, Tahnee Beatty, Teddy Ames and Kali Beatty; two step-grandsons, Bobby (Cressy) Frickson and Joe (Michelle) Frickson; 11 great-grandchildren; three nieces, Beth Smith, Annmarie Wiltfong and Kristi Chadderdon; four great-nieces and two great-nephews.

Friends visited with her family on Tuesday, June 12, from 4 to 8 p.m. in Welsheimer Family Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon today in St. Pius X Catholic Church, with Rev. Dan Scheidt officiating. Friends may visit again with her family for one hour prior to the start of service in the church. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.

Anita was a prolific artist and her spirit will live on in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and the many people who knew and loved her. In loving memory of Anita, contributions may be made to Northern Indiana Artist, AIDS Ministries/AIDS Assist, Michiana Steelheaders, or to the South Bend Symphony.
