SOUTH BEND - Timothy J. Borlik, 46, formerly of South Bend, died Thursday in Uptown Suites, Austin, Texas, of an illness.

Survivors include his parents, Dorothy and Stan Borlik of South Bend; four sisters, Linda Lafortune of Atlanta, Peggy Chwalek of Charlotte, N.C., Mary Borlik of Topanga, Calif., and Ann Borlik of Mount Pleasant, S.C.; and two brothers, Robert of Walkerton and Mark of South Bend.

Memorial services will be at a later date. St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, is handling arrangements
