Tricia (Reamer) Sherry
December 20, 1966 ~ September 17, 2024 57 Years Old
Tricia Sherry (Reamer) was born on December 20, 1966, to her father, Thomas Reamer and mother, Shirley Reamer (Helvey), passed away on to be with the Lord at 9:15 a.m., Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
Surviving family members are her husband, Robert Sherry and their children, Alicia (Matthew) Ebright, IN, Kayla Sherry, and Austin Sherry all of South Bend. Her Blessed grandchildren, Alaynah, Ezekual and Quinton Sherry, Ashton, Kauri and Zoey Ebright; her siblings, Thomas (Diann) Reamer, Terry (Dana) Reamer, Trent (Carrie) Reamer and Traci Reamer all of South Bend.
Tricia was the leader of Children’s Ministry at Maranatha Christian Fellowship in South Bend. She loved to be with children, to teach them about God’s Word and provide activities for them to keep them occupied. This was her heart’s desire and fulfilled her service to the working church.
When she found spare time, she began to use it as a Stamping Up representative. She was a creative person always using her gift by finding innovative ways to create greeting cards. This hobby also granted her to meet other women and develop a working relationship of which some she calls part of her family.
Her childhood memories most well remembered were caring for her horse. This gave her the opportunity to enter 4-H events that she spoke of often to her family. Her love for horses continued on and never left her memory while getting close to her passing. Tricia leaves a legacy of being a strong believer in God’s Word. Thereby, leading a life both in public and private, that represented what she truly lived by day-to-day. Many friends and acquaintances will remember how caring and loving she truly was.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 3 p.m. at River of Life Community Church, 2626 Prairie St., Elkhart, IN 46517.
Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
