Thomas G. Miller, 48, of Hollywood Boulevard, passed away Oct. 15 in Memorial Hospital. Tom was born On Jan. 24, 1957 to Martin and Marjorie (Phelps) Miller who survive. Also surviving are a sister, Barbara (Keith) Robinson of Adelphi, Maryland; three brothers, Glenn Swain of South Bend, Kevin (Beata) Miller of South Bend and Randy (Becky) Miller of Mishawaka; and several nieces and nephews.

Tom is preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Mayo.

Tom honorably served as a staff sergeant in the United States Army until 1995. He worked as a machinist for National Standard. He enjoyed darts and golfing, played hockey for Washington High School and was an avid sports fan. Tom enjoyed following Notre Dame sports, the Cubs and "da" Bears.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend, IN 46619. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19 in St. Joseph Funeral home. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend
