Dennis Monroe Henry, 40, of 628 W. Western Avenue, South Bend, Ind. expired at 12:37 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, in Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center, South He was born on May 6, 1959, in Chicago, Ill. His family later moved to South Bend. He received his formal education in the South Bend Community School Corporation and attended Washington High School. He professed his hope in Christ and united with St. Paul Bethel Baptist Church.

He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, his parents, Pearlie M. Day and James Day, Sr. of South Bend; four sisters, Arzenia Corley, Lavada Corley, Luvenia Corley, and Lanatia Harris, all of South Bend; a brother, Peter Henry, and a stepbrother, James Day, Jr., both of South Bend; three aunts; four uncles; and other relatives and friends who will miss his presence.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday followed by 11 a.m. funeral services in St. Paul Bethel Baptist Church. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
