Donald Edward Fawley

SUN CITY, CA - Donald Edward Fawley, born June 30, 1923, in Wabash, IN, passed away in his home in Sun City, CA, on July 29, 2010, at the age of 87.
Mr. Fawley attended South Bend Washington High School, and retired from Honeywell (Bendix) in South Bend after 32 years of employment. Mr. Fawley retired to Sun City with his loving wife, Jean (Brewis), in 1982. He was a volunteer at Loma Linda Hospital and the Food Program at the Sun City Senior Center. Mr. Fawley was a lifetime member of the South Bend Eagles #435, and was affiliated with the Sun City Lawn Bowling Club and the Sun City United Methodist Church.
Mr. Fawley was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Georgia Fawley; by a brother, Max Fawley; and by a sister, Laylain Songer.
He is survived by his wife, Jean; brother, Jack Fawley in Kentucky; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Donations may be made to Hope Hospice, Sun City, CA.
